It is a story about a guy who sacrifices his life for the well-being of another family, whom he inadvertently harms. Prabhudeva works at a bus stop, getting people to board the buses owned
by Nassar. Roja sells lottery tickets at the same bus-stop and is in love with Prabhudeva
(oru thalai kaadhal). Nassar's daughter Kausalya also loves Prabhudeva. Suvalakshmi is
another character who gets raped at a police station and consequently becomes mentally
unstable. Her brother commits suicide, leaving behind a pregnant wife Even though the story may not be all that great, the movie, on the whole is well-made. Prabhudeva has given an excellent performance (esp. the way he sings out the names of all the towns at the bus stop). Vivek and Nassar are their usual selves. The first half of the movie is filled with comedy and moves very fast. The songs are different and very good - especially Sakkara vaLLi kanakka sirichaanga is very pleasing to the ears. Worth watching with the family. Original Photograph (Ezhaiyin Sirippil):
