After a long time, another T.R. movie. He has made Silambarasan sing in this one, instead of giving him a role in the movie itself. It is yet another love story....reminds you of Mella Thirandhadhu Kadhavu. Ramankanth falls in love with Mumtaz at first sight. She is a singer
and no one knows what he does other than bug Mumtaz over the phone all the time. He
refuses to show his face to her unless she says 'I love you' to him. This drags on and on
for two hours and fifteen minutes and finally, the heroine (like us) loses patience and
they agree to come face to face with each other. But, the hero meets with an accident,
dies and is cremated T.Rajendhar appears from nowhere in most of the scenes as Kaadhal Daasan(!) and delivers some nonsense (as usual, the last words rhyme! Otherwise it won't be a T.R. movie, would it?) I can't think of any movie in which T.R. has united the lovers on the screen. He gets a sadistic pleasure out of this! The song, Hello hello is good. Don't waste your time watching this one. The half star is for the song. Original Photograph (Monisha En Monalisa):
